Florida is the Sunshine State that just never stops. The place to visit when you’re searching for warm sunshine, outlet shopping like there’s no tomorrow, pristine beaches, and adventure theme parks and shows that will razzle and dazzle you. Don’t forget about Mickey Mouse and all his friends in the Magical Kingdom of Walt Disney World. It’s a Small World After All, rustic Space Mountain, and Pirates of the Caribbean, are all classic favorites. And don’t you dare miss the animal kingdom of lush and exotic Busch Gardens. So much to do and so little time.

Butterflies a Fluttering

The world’s largest butterfly house is situated just off the Florida Turnpike, and a smidgeon north of Ft Lauderdale. I’m sure you are familiar with that young adult stamped party haven. It will cost you a few dollars to get in but well worth it. There are even discount coupons right on the website to get in. It’s open 7 days a week. This makes it convenient to fit into your travels. It takes about 3 hours to see it all and there are thousands of butterflies and hundreds of birds to see all year long. And when it comes to eating you can’t bring anything into Butterfly World except water and food for infants. There are a couple cafes outside the park and I suggest you pack a picnic and have it outside the grounds. Spectacular.

Up For a Little Water Adventure?

Adventure Island – Busch Gardens Waterpark in Tampa is one of the best water parks in all of Florida. If you plan to be around awhile, you can get an unlimited year pass with no blackout dates and free parking for less than 10 bucks a month. They make it easy using a “cashless wristband” technology so you aren’t worrying about carrying your purse or wallet around. All you do is activate your wristband by linking it to your credit card or cash and scan away whenever you need to buy something in the park. idea. Inside the park, you can enjoy 6 giant slides, 4 pools, and a sand play area and 3 water play centers just for kids. Of course there’s also dining and shopping galore; 5 restaurants and 2 shopping venues that will keep your tummy happy and give you the chance to snatch up a few souvenirs. This is a day of fun in the sun you don’t want to miss when you are anywhere in the Tampa area.

This is hands down one of the vacation moments you don’t want to miss. Play and stay, day and night with 2 theme parks, a nearby waterpark, 4 on-site resort hotels, and fantabulous dining and entertainment that just doesn’t stop. There are all sorts of get-away packages and discount coupons you can get online and just about everywhere in Florida. Harry Potter is the theme right now. That is until the next big blockbuster hit takes over. It’s magical and alive, something for everyone, so don’t you dare miss it.
